The information below is to inform you about my booking process and to help answer some of the questions you might have.
HOW TO START THE BOOKING PROCESS
Submit your idea by selecting the “APPOINTMENT REQUEST” link at the top of my website. Please provide a maximum of 4-5 sentences when describing your concepts, body placement, and size.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Each seasonal quarter (4 times a year) I open my books and review all the requests that I receive and determine which projects I’m most interested in taking on. I will announce on my Instagram, Facebook page, and Website when I’ll be accepting new projects. Due to the overwhelming number of requests, I will not be able to respond to every email nor take on every project that is presented. I keep my eyes open for projects that spark immediate interest and inspiration.
HOW TO INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF
SCHEDULING A TATTOO APPOINTMENT
When accepting projects, I usually look for the ones with fewer restrictions on design and body placement rather than strict parameters. Most projects I take on are larger in scale and don’t require any cover up work. Lastly, I’m looking for clients that are dedicated enough to put forth the time and financial investment that is necessary to receive the best possible tattoo.

If your project has been accepted, a non-refundable deposit is required to set up your appointment dates and to begin the tattoo process. For each new project, a deposit is required.
My tattoo pricing is broken up into flat rates. Most projects I take on require multiple sessions. I use this method to help clients prepare and know what to expect for our appointments. My studio, Empire Ink, is a CASH ONLY business. Please note that there is sales tax added to every transaction.
DEPOSIT: $200 + tax
All transactions are subject to Ohio’s 6.7% sales tax.
Please come prepared.
Not all chosen projects will require an in-person consult. If a consult is needed, I will let you know, and we can set up a date and time to meet at Empire Ink.
Once the deposit has been paid appointment dates will be set. Multiple sessions may be booked if it’s under the same project. Appointment wait times from the day of paid deposit can be anywhere from 1 month to 4 months.
A minimum 7-day notice must be given to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment 1 time before your deposit is forfeited and another is required. Any appointment canceled after the 3-day grace period from which your deposit was paid will result in a loss of your deposit.
All designs are presented the day of your appointment. Minor changes and alterations may be done but major changes could result in a reschedule or a drop of your project.
Some designs may require additional time to draw directly on the body with individual use markers the day of the appointment.
DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT
Please arrive fifteen minutes before to your appointment to fill out all required paperwork. You will be required to provide your State issued photo ID. Please make sure you have it. If you do not, that could result in a reschedule of your appointment.
Once your design is approved, the stencil or marker drawing will be applied, and we will begin. I tattoo for 2-hour intervals taking small stretch breaks and throughout the session.
